Clinician-Researcher Fellowship: a two-year postdoctoral program that pairs general internists with interdisciplinary mentorship and structured research training to build careers as clinician-investigators. Based in the Division of GIM's Center for Research on Health Care, with affiliations through the Pittsburgh VA Center for Healthcare Evaluation, Research, and Promotion, coursework via the Institute for Clinical Research Education, and clinical ties to UPMC.

Academic Clinician-Educator Scholars (ACES) Fellowship: a two-year post-residency program for internists aiming to lead in medical education. Includes clinical work, teaching, education scholarship, and a fully funded Master's in Health Professions Education through ICRE. Fellows can focus broadly on GIM or choose a track like Hospital Medicine, Medicine-Pediatrics, or Women's Health.
